Christmas at Brooklands

"We all had a wonderful time, everything about the place is superb, the beds are so comfortable that it is an effort to get up in the morning. The space whether it is for cooking or relaxing and chatting is warm and cosy, the swimming pool and table tennis kept the young ones very happy and occupied.

Before everyone left I asked them for their feedback both positive and negative as I know that it is important when running a business like this that you are aware of any problems.

Every single comment was positive, it was great for me to hear this and they were all keen for me to book it again for next year!!!!

I shall be definitely be recommending you, and I like the idea of the retreat weekends so may be in touch again soon.

"Finding somewhere fabulous to hang out with 10 beloved friends you have seen all too little of for the past 20 years, along with assorted offspring aged 21 months to 13 years, is not obvious, so this converted barn outside Arundel on the south coast was a godsend. It's huge, with 10 super-comfortable and spoiling bedrooms spread across the mezzanine and around the courtyard, giving us all plenty of privacy when needed. 

The kids had a vast enclosed courtyard to scoot across happily and safely and a lovely pool to splash about in. And the open-plan living room, with state-of-the-art kitchen down one end, sitting room with open fire down the other, and endless dining table in between, was the perfect family party space, where we could eat, drink and make merry while the children played, fought and watched Michael McIntyre just within sight."

"I had a lovely relaxing yoga retreat with Looseyoga who is an aspiration. looking forward to future retreats at the barn. The barn is so comfortable and homely with lovely views. Cashew who provided the food was excellent."

"Brooklands really is the most perfect retreat venue. It's spacious, cosy, comfortable and just has a lovely sense of peace and calm. The yoga studio is beautiful and having a treatment room was a huge benefit for us. The beds are really comfy and there is plenty of space for everyone to enjoy what they'd like to. Having a sauna was a real treat, all the girls really enjoyed that. We loved Brooklands so much that we are already planning the next retreat!"
