We had a tremendous time at Brooklands celebrating Susie's hen party, thank you so much. Claire was so helpful and the house was exactly what we were looking for - lovely rooms, great dining areas, rural location, lots of outside space and the freedom to organise our own games and activities. Transport links are super, easily accessible by train, car or flights from Gatwick. We swam at the seaside, set up an obstacle course in the garden and had champagne on the lawn. I would not hesitate to book Brooklands again and thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking to book a fun relaxing and personal hen weekend. Thanks again.

Hawes Family holiday. Thank you for the beautiful accommodation. Everything is well set out in lovely surroundings. We all had a fantastic time, especially the kids in the pool. Plenty to see and do in the area, very tranquil. Thank you once again.

We loved the barn, it is a lovely location, the barn itself really made it special. Lovely furnishing, great sized bedrooms and the large living room and dining room makes it perfect for large groups. It was the luxury of a hotel but the benefit of having a house. Having the outside area for BBQ is also wonderful and we enjoyed the pool!

"I booked this for a group of 30-something year old girls for a Hen Do - and we were not disappointed. Claire was very friendly and helpful in the build up to the Hen (helping with caterers names, and advising us on areas in the house suitable for burlesque dancing!) - with a million and one questions that we had!
The indoor pool was very relaxing, and the house and bedrooms were to such a high standard - it was definitely home from home.
I would highly recommend this to anyone arranging Hen Do's, family holidays away or a group of friends - the flexibility of the cottages would work, and it is so close to the centre of Arundel.
I may well be back!

We spent a weekend at Brooklands and cannot say nice enough things!
Quiet location, spacious bedrooms, good bathrooms and living room / dining area, lovely heated indoor pool. Owners very helpful with advice on local amenities, activities, etc.
Whole-hearted recommendation. It we're ever back in the area we would definitely come back.

"Staying in a wonderful setting and then being able to get caterers in was great. We used Appetite. Vicky cooked and served canapés and then a delicious 3 course meal finishing with coffee and homemade chocolates. Not a morsel was left on anyone’s plate. The flavours were wonderful and the various ingredients complemented each other. It was a lovely way to spend my 40th. Thank you."
New Years 2010
"We spent New Year at Brooklands Barn - 12 adults and 3 one-year olds - and all had a fantastic time! The barn is beautiful and furnished to a very high spec. The beds are extremely comfortable, with lovely bedding and linen. We all agreed that the bedrooms wouldn't be out of place in a boutique hotel. The communal areas are also very well-appointed. The larger living/dining area was perfect for our New Year's Eve dinner and celebrations. Three of the bedrooms are on the other side of the courtyard, with a separate open plan living room/kitchen which we turned into a playroom. The location was also lovely, with Arundel and lots of beaches close by. The owners couldn't have been more helpful (they even left us a card and a bottle of bubbly!) and it was great having them on site in case of any questions. We will definitely be back!"
