How to Book
Please telephone or email to check availability. Once we have confirmed availability then our terms and conditions apply.

Provisional Bookings
We cannot guarantee to hold a provisional reservation longer than 5 days, by which time the booking must be confirmed in writing with a deposit cheque.

Confirming a Booking
Please forward a cheque with a covering letter (include your address) which will be acknowledged with our confirmation email. A deposit of 50% of the cost of your booking is required to confirm the booking. No booking is confirmed until a deposit is received. Cheques should be made payable to "Brooklands Country Guest House". We will ask your approximate arrival time at booking and confirm this with our confirmation email. Whenever possible please ensure that you provide us with a mobile number, in case of any problems on the day of arrival.

Cancellation Policy*
If you wish to cancel your booking, we require 14 days notice of cancellation for a full deposit refund. After that date you may lose your deposit if we cannot re-let the room.
If a booking is cancelled with less than 5 days notice, the deposit will be retained.
Our cancellation policy will be strictly enforced but charges may be waived if the accommodation can be re-let.

Check-in and Departure Times
Check-in time after 4.00pm unless by prior arrangement, check-out time by 11.00am.

*A reservation is a contract in law and you may be liable for the cost of your stay if you cancel within 14 days of your arrival date. If your circumstances are such that you think you may have to cancel your booking, we suggest that you take out travel insurance.
