AccommodationWhatever you’re looking for…The accommodation at Brooklands has been designed to be as flexible as possible; for a couple looking for a romantic weekend retreat; a family looking for a seaside venue with loads of activities ranging from the use of a private swimming pool to treks along the Sussex Downs; a reunion for friends or family up to 12; or a specialist group such as Bird Watchers, taking advantage of Brooklands’ unique position overlooking the wetlands of the Arun valley and a short journey to the famous Wetland Centre in Arundel. We have 6 bedrooms in two 3 bedroom self contained barn style ground floor cottages - in the aerial photograph the building in the foreground is our ‘Jamestone’ barn and across the courtyard is ‘Graystone’. The communal accommodation in ‘Jamestone’ sits 12 comfortably in a beamed vaulted ceiling lounge/dining room, and has a large fitted kitchen with Bosch appliances. The accommodation benefits from private gardens with patio, outdoor furniture and bbq facilities.
Graystone
Graystone can be booked as either a 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom or 3 bedroom self catering apartment.
Large open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area with French door access from bedroom 1 to orchard and gardens with views of Arundel Castle. The contemporary kitchen is equipped with quality appliances and the lounge has leather sofas, 40in flatscreen TV, dining area and mood lighting.
Bedroom 1 has 2 king beds, Bedroom 2 has a king bed, Bedroom 3 has a superking/twin beds, all with quality linen, ensuite showers, freeview TVs and garden views.
Bedroom 2 & 3 can alternatively be booked as a family suite on a room only basis, as they have a separate private entrance.
 
Jamestone
3 bedroom self contained barn style cottage with stunning vaulted lounge/dining room.
 
‘Jamestone’ and ‘Graystone’ booked together makes a perfect stay for families and large groups. Our guests find having two separate 3 bedroom cottages provides more space and privacy for families and friends. The internal courtyard between the properties is a beautiful setting for the accommodation, with several seating areas. Baby monitors work well across the courtyard and both properties are secure, allowing parents to relax whilst their children sleep soundly. |
