At Brooklands, the peaceful accommodation and beautiful views make for a truly special venue to hold your conference or meeting.  Our standard tariffs are below.  Please ask if you would like to discuss any specific arrangements.  

Our delegate package rates include: 

• Private meeting room equipped with boardroom table and chairs
• Use of main barn and mezzanine for refreshment breaks or break-out sessions
• Use of outdoor courtyard with beautiful views of the Arun Valley
• Freshly prepared lunch to order, served in the dining room or outside     
• Tea/coffee, mineral waters, luxury biscuits and fruit available all day
• Flipchart, paper and pens
• Free private car parking   

Day delegate package £35 per head

• Room hire from 08.00 to 17.00 hours (£5 per head per extra hour)
• Includes buffet/working lunch

Half-day delegate packages

• With lunch: £25 per head (08.00 to 13.30 hours)
• Without lunch: £15 per head (08.00 to 12.00 hours)
